Shipping in Australia
We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $150.
3-hour delivery is available via Passel for orders within 15kms of Williamstown or Seddon, Victoria.
Passel will deliver 7 days a week.
Passel orders can only be processed during the hours of:
- Monday - Friday 10am to 2.30pm
- Saturdays 10am to 2pm
- Sundays 11am to 12pm.
Express Post via Australia Post
Place your order before 12pm to have it processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Unfortunately, there is currently no set International shipping option. If you would like something shipped Internationally, email us directly and we may be able to accommodate you at email@example.com.
Click and Collect
If you select ‘Click and Collect’ as your shipping method during checkout, you will be sent a confirmation email from the Brixton Pound Online team to let you know when your order will be ready for you to pick up from our Williamstown store.
Once you have received the confirmation to collect your order, come in-store, quote your name and order number, and your items will be neatly packed and ready for you to take home.
We endeavour to have the items ready for collection within 1 hour (during business hours).
In the event that you wish to return your purchase, we accept exchanges on items that are in original condition with tags attached and the item unworn/unused. The item/s must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Accepted returns will be issued with a store credit for purchases to be made within the Brixton Pound Online store. Valid for 3 months (to the value of the item only not including shipping costs).
Strictly no returns/exchange on any sale items.
Important to note; Brixton Pound Online store credit can not be used in our physical stores.
To return an item, reach out to us and direct your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
You can cancel an order before it has been posted by emailing us at email@example.com. If the order has already been posted, you will need to return the purchase via the return process.
